Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are handled carefully to protect product integrity.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nextcellpeptides.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened products
For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be eligible for return at our discretion if reported within 7 days — please contact us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
